ToolWareHouse — Management Case

Overview

Team project analyzing the management practices, structure, and operations of ToolWareHouse. The case draws on primary research, including a CEO interview, and evaluates leadership style, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness. Findings were compiled into a report and presented in class.

• Initiated and conducted the CEO interview to collect first-hand insights.
• Assigned roles, set timelines, and coordinated the team’s workflow.
• Reviewed and integrated sections to ensure consistent quality and narrative.
• Led the final presentation and ensured strong team contribution and results.
